Deep in the tissue of our bodies, resides a storyboard of life experiences.

This tissue is called Fascia or Connective Tissue and you could consider this tissue a tape recorder noting and storing all the experiences throughout our lives - good and not so good.

Trauma resides here, and it is my job and passion to help people and animals move beyond these painful experiences living a life of physical, mental, and emotional freedom and sovereignty.
