Deep within our bodies reside layers of tissue whose sole purpose is to hold us together, while storing every single memory and detail of our lives. This tissue is called fascia or connective tissue and is the seat of our immune system. It is my passion to facilitate health with both Humans and Canines using hands-on techniques, movement, breathwork, and counsel.
