Visceral Manipulation is the external examination and manual manipulation of the viscera, your organs. Your organs have experiences called mobility and motility that play a part in the overall structure, function, and way of being in the world.
An example, an overloaded liver can result in anger and bouts of rage. Also, deep-seated or long-standing grief may land in the lungs, throwing off the proper levels of oxygen entering the brain. In VM, or Visceral Manipulation we take a look at this - the work is woven into most Structural Integration sessions when working together.
